Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Albedo’s Return LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Albedo’s Return provides commercial cleaning services including:
- Kitchen exhaust cleaning (KEC) per NFPA 96 standards
- Exterior pressure washing
- Dumpster Pad sanitization
- Comprehensive kitchen cleaning (available on request)
- Compliance Subscription programs
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided after assessment of your specific needs. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment.
Scheduling and Appointments
Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at booking.
Access Requirements: You are responsible for providing adequate access to service areas. If our team cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
Payment Terms
New clients: 50% deposit required to secure your service date. Balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in your commercial service contract.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transfer, and check for established commercial accounts.
Communication Consent
Service Communications: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups via phone, email, or text message.
Text Message Consent: If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Marketing Communications: We may send promotional information about our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while still receiving service-related messages.
Service Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 3 days (72 hours) and we will address your concerns. Our services are performed according to industry standards and NFPA 96 guidelines where applicable.
Note: We provide inspection-ready cleaning and documentation, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any third-party inspection, as inspections may cover areas beyond our scope of service.
Liability Limitations
Albedo’s Return LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance for our operations.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage not caused by our services.
Compliance and Documentation
For kitchen exhaust cleaning services, we provide compliance documentation including service completion sticker and before/after photos. This documentation is provided for your records and inspector review.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Texas law in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
